When Poverty Forces Small Hands To Work Instead Of Learn, Dreams Fade Early And Childhood Is Lost Before It Begins.
From Broken Cycles to New Beginnings
In Pakistan, many factory workers earn barely enough for food and shelter, making education an impossible luxury. Rising inflation forces families to send children to factories instead of schools. This cycle steals childhood and dreams. Child labor is not a choice—it is the result of poverty and limited opportunities.
CATS College works to break the cycle of poverty through dignity, education, and opportunity. We provide free, skill-based training to factory workers and their families, helping them build sustainable livelihoods. By empowering skilled professionals and entrepreneurs, we aim to reduce child labor and create brighter futures.
Chudhary Irfan Ali Bhullar
Chairman Message
“CATS College is not just an institution—it is a mission to uplift industrial workers and their families through free, high-quality education. This vision comes from a firm belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and transform their future, regardless of income or background.”
Empowering Vulnerable Communities
Factory workers often face generational barriers to education. Our goal is to break this cycle by offering completely free academic, technical, and skill-based programs designed around real industry and community needs. Through our Inter-Tech, Medical-Tech, and vocational streams, learners gain practical skills that open doors to stable employment and improved livelihoods.
Impact So Far
In just 3 years, CATS College has empowered more than 1,300 learners—children of laborers, low-income families, and marginalized communities. These students now stand with confidence, hope, and the ability to pursue better opportunities.
“I Didn’t Choose The Factory Over My Dreams — Hunger Chose It For Me, And My Childhood Was The Price I Had To Pay.”
Empowering Workers Through Education
Empowering Factory Workers & Their Families Through Free, Lifelong Education
Across Pakistan’s industrial belts, thousands of factory workers and their families continue to face limited access to quality education—a challenge that restricts economic mobility, limits opportunities, and reinforces cycles of poverty. At CATS College, we believe every individual, regardless of income, deserves the chance to grow, learn, and transform their future.
Our Journey
Over the past 3 years, CATS College has successfully provided free education and skills training to more than 1,300 students, including children of factory laborers and underprivileged families. These students have not only completed their academic goals, but many have progressed into reputable colleges, skilled jobs, and sustainable career paths. Their upgraded livelihoods are living proof that education is the most powerful tool for empowerment.
CATS College is a leading skills-based education group dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth in Pakistan. Under the leadership of Chaudhary Irfan Ali Bhullar (Founder and Chairman), CATS is committed to transforming lives through high-quality, practical, and affordable skill education.
With campuses across Punjab, including Lahore (Sundar and Bahria Town), Faisalabad, and Multan, CATS College is committed to building skilled, future-ready professionals. Starting with 200+ trained students in 2022, our impact grew to 600+ in 2023 and has now reached over 1,300 students in 2025 across modern skill development programs.
Our Vision
“To create a Pakistan where every child—regardless of background—has access to quality skill education, financial independence, and a dignified future.”
- Millions of children in Pakistan dream of education but fail due to poverty, lack of opportunity, and limited access to modern skills.
- Many students cannot afford fees, books, or transport.
- Thousands of talented youth remain unemployed due to lack of skills.
- Families remain trapped in generational poverty.
- We work specifically with deserving and financially challenged students who want education but have no means to support themselves.
Why We Need your Support?
Every year, hundreds of bright students come to us who
- Cannot pay their fees
- Come from labour-class households
- Work part-time to support families
- Want to escape poverty with education
